Responsibilities
Design, Development, & Support of .NET applications
Maintain effective security aligned with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, state and federal requirements
Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
Create technical specifications and test plans
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Administration of Intranet; Maintain existing intranet web applications with 99.99% availability
Development of MSSQL and PL/SQL; Develop and maintain databases related tasks in support of developed .NET applications with 99.99% availability
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
Maintain effective security aligned with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), state and federal requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Related Field
At least 4 years of experience developing .NET applications using C#.NET on Visual studio 2010/2013 with at least 2 years of experience with MSSQL 2010/2012 and Oracle 10g/11i/12c
Experience in developing solutions using ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, Restless web services using SQL Server 2010 & 2012 as backend
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must acquire and enhance technological expertise by becoming current with evolving systems programming, analysis and database technology
Must develop, foster and maintain an open, professional relationship with other team members within IT and also with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
Preferred
Master's Degree in Information Technology or Related Field
Knowledge of Oracle 12c & PL/SQL Development
Experience with Software development life cycle is a plus
