Project Leadership: Take the helm on diverse environmental projects, steering them from concept to completion with your experience and integrity
Client Engagement: Be the face of our firm, fostering strong relationships with clients and serving as their trusted advisor on all things environmental
Compliance Mastery: Navigate the complex landscape of environmental regulations in California, ensuring our projects stay on the right side of the law
Investigative Genius: Lead teams in conducting thorough environmental assessments, into soil, groundwater, and remediation strategies
Innovative Remediation: Develop and implement forward-thinking remediation plans, using the latest technologies to achieve optimal results
Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor our project teams, empowering them to reach new heights of excellence in their work
Proposal Prowess: Collaborate on crafting compelling project proposals that showcase our expertise and win over potential clients
Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC): Maintain rigorous standards of quality in all project deliverables, leaving no room for error
Safety Champion: Champion a culture of safety within our teams, ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology
California Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is a must
A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on California projects
Expert knowledge of California environmental regulations
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts
Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for motivating and guiding project teams
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Autodesk, and Adobe applications
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed
