Payroll Manager
Responsibilities
Utilize and maintain time and attendance systems to process payroll daily
Prepare and communicate financial reports
Prepare tax reports and other required regulatory filings
Monitor and prepare deduction schedules and ensure timely payments
Ensure proper and timely paycheck distribution
Maintain a working knowledge of current payroll-related laws and regulations
Prepare and input all required payroll journal entries
Respond to government inquiries upon receipt
Monitor and maintain timekeeping equipment
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of administrative and/or payroll experience preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and related payroll taxes required
Team-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on environment
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A leadership style grounded in collaboration, respect, and service to others
Preferred
Experience working with ADP
Advanced degree in accounting or a related field
