Responsibilities
Balance answering e-mails, taking phone calls, and scheduling while also tracking flights using aviation software
Frequent radio communication using appropriate terminology
Independently complete tasks while also working within a small team
Actively away from the desk, greeting aircraft and assisting with any and all needs of crew and/or passengers
Go above and beyond to serve customers through proactive attentiveness and anticipation of needs
Qualification
Required
Effective ability to multi-task and remain highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to balance answering e-mails, taking phone calls, and scheduling
Tracking flights using aviation software
Frequent radio communication using appropriate terminology
Independently complete tasks while also working within a small team
Actively greet aircraft and assist with any and all needs of crew and/or passengers
Proactive attentiveness and anticipation of needs

Data entry experience
