Account Executive
CyberHire.ai is partnering with a fast growing SaaS company that provides small business software designed to help local businesses manage customers, operations, and payments more efficiently. The Strategic Account Executive role is focused on driving new revenue within a defined local territory, selling directly to business owners and decision makers.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Drive outbound prospecting efforts approximately 80 percent outbound and 20 percent inbound
Run discovery conversations and lead your own product demos
Close new business and identify upsell opportunities over time
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
Build a strong local presence through networking and referrals
Follow established sales processes, cadences, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of sales experience
4+ years in a full cycle closing role
Proven outbound hunter mentality
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable selling directly to small business owners
Preferred
SaaS and SMB sales experience strongly preferred
