Responsibilities
Manage tax abatement compliance processes and documentation
Support regulatory filing obligations and ensure timely submission of required documents
Assist with internal controls testing and documentation
Maintain accurate records and databases for compliance tracking
Prepare compliance reports and summaries for management review
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary compliance information
Support audit processes and respond to regulatory inquiries
Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on business operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
0-5 years of experience in compliance, accounting, or finance roles
Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulatory reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with internal controls frameworks
Knowledge of energy industry regulations
