Responsibilities
Project Structuring and Scoping: Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters
Delivery and Execution Oversight: Oversee the delivery and execution process, facilitating effective team communication and collaboration
Adaptability and Deadline Management: Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines
Schedule and Budget Development: Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all phases: Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance
Resource Management: Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget
Senior Team Collaboration: Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations
Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
Experience managing a variety of digital projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
Preferred
