They are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support the advisory team and enhance the client experience by assisting with client interactions, account operations, and planning support.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for client service questions
Assist with meeting prep, notes, and follow-up tasks
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Help coordinate onboarding for new client relationships
Prepare and submit account opening forms, transfers, and service requests
Work with custodians and internal operations team to process paperwork
Track tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion of requests
Maintain CRM accuracy
Assist Lead Advisor with data gathering for financial plans
Compile reports, statements, and investment summaries
Support insurance case preparation and follow-up
Participate in select client meetings as appropriate
Work closely with the Lead Advisor, Director of Investment Operations, and Client Service Team
Help improve workflows and client experience systems
Contribute to a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in client service, banking, financial services, or office administration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to learn new systems quickly
High professionalism and client-centered mindset

Preferred

Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
Familiarity with financial paperwork or account opening
Interest in building a long-term advisory career
Series 65 (or willingness to pursue later)
