This role will partner with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to design and deliver SAP-enabled business solutions, focusing on SAP Quality Management processes and integration with MES/LIMS systems.

Responsibilities
Partner with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to design and deliver SAP-enabled business solutions within the Plan-to-Make/Plan-to-Produce domain
Own SAP Quality Management (QM) processes
Drive integration with MES/LIMS systems
Define technical strategy
Ensure best-in-class system support, compliance, and delivery aligned with company policies and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant experience in SAP solution architecture and delivery
Strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) with integration to SAP PP/PI (Discrete & Process Manufacturing)
Hands-on experience with Quality Planning, Inspections, Notifications, Batch Management, Traceability, and Recalls
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP ERP implementations (S/4HANA experience preferred)
Experience integrating SAP with MES and/or LIMS systems
Strong understanding of GxP, FDA, SOX, and regulated environments
Proven ability to manage support teams, SLAs, release management, and change control
Experience with master data management, regression testing, and lifecycle documentation (SOPs, SOIs)
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Agile/Scrum certification
ITIL certification
Experience working in global, virtual teams
