Manager Cybersecurity and Information Technology level 1 - TS/SCI

Responsibilities
Team Liaison to CIDO leadership for local programs, project, and taskings
Team Lead for local SA and Cyber teams (6-10 personnel) for the CIDO organization
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Use good judgement to pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results
Work closely with program-assigned systems engineering, software development, and management professionals to ensure that the software lifecycle is accomplished with high quality and efficiency
Ensure environments remain compliant and all associated systems/networks achieve and maintain formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies
Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization
Effectively communicate with program management teams, the Enterprise Services Program Management Office Team, the Information Technology Organization, and Industrial Security
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with 3 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of relevant technical experience is required
Experience in at least one of the following areas: System Admin, Cybersecurity, applications management, systems engineering, or software engineering
Experience leading teams or projects is required
Candidates must have a current TOP SECRET/SCI level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a recent investigation date closed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) program, in order to be considered
Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
Preferred
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a STEM related discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) and 4 years of technical experience with 1 year as a team leader, supervisor, or manager in a JSIG classified environment

Demonstrate exemplary professionalism and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Demonstrate strong team building/collaboration skills
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills, and excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward)
Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to prioritize across concurrent program and functional responsibilities
Previous experience working in a SAP/SAR environment required
Active SAP/SAR access level
