Responsibilities

Own general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and month-end close

Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) at the entity level

Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance and trends

Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities

Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audit requests

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency

Contribute to system enhancements, process improvements, and special projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams
