Responsibilities
Provide weekly and bi-weekly oversight to individual programs to ensure programs and sound, and children are making progress towards goals
Work closely with, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Monitor data paths to ensure treatment integrity and continued child progress
Assist in data analysis
Ensure staff development and training in implementation of program
Participate in parent training and monthly team meetings
Participate in progress reporting
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in Master's program and a desire to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience implementing programs and working in the field of ABA for a minimum of 1 year
Experience developing goals, and writing behavior analytic programs
Commitment to developing and leading teams of Behavior Technicians
Experience with parent training/coaching, report writing, conducting meetings, and analyzing data
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Ability to keep organized with meticulous attention to detail
Employment conditional upon satisfactory background check
Preferred
Enrollment in a BACB approved course sequence preferred
