Business Operations Program Manager
SSi People is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to help mature their operational model and governance within the Enterprise Security Programs. This temporary role involves designing frameworks for performance measurement, tracking KPIs/OKRs, and developing sustainable processes for financial and vendor activities.
Responsibilities
Help mature ES’s operational model, reporting, and governance
Design and implement frameworks for performance measurement and reporting
Partner with ES leaders to define and track KPIs/OKRs and key milestones
Build scalable mechanisms to monitor financial and vendor activities
Develop playbooks, templates, and toolkits to ensure the work is sustainable after the assignment ends
Qualification
Required
6-10 years in business operations, program management, strategic planning or performance measurement
Familiarity with security operations, emergency/crisis management, risk management fields
Proven ability to design and manage KPI/OKR frameworks and deliver automated reporting solutions
Experience facilitating strategy development, operational planning, and XFN alignment
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, vendor management, and business reviews
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data governance, process optimization, and documentation practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
Can build some of the foundations we don't have for the team (QBRs)
Financial competency (basic budgets, structures)
Preferred
Change management or enablement experience a plus
Experience with data visualization tools, technology, and automation a plus
