Responsibilities
Lead the technical development of healthcare and education projects
Perform QA/QC and uphold drawing and documentation standards
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies
Guide junior and intermediate team members
Participate in project meetings with clarity and confidence
Help improve workflows, standards, and internal processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of architectural experience (healthcare or institutional preferred)
California Architecture License required
Strong technical skills in detailing, coordination, and documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam (Revit is a plus)
A natural mentor with clear, confident communication skills
Calm, organized, and steady under pressure
Someone who values quality, structure, and clear processes
