Foreclosure Processor
Suna Solutions is a company seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Assistant II to join their Default Department. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth processing of accounts payable, fees, invoices, and payoff requests.
Responsibilities
Prepare audit folders and assemble all required documents with flags at the conclusion of the foreclosure process
Review and process daily approved invoices, disputing payments that exceed guidelines
Process refunds of deposits accurately and efficiently
Prepare and distribute sales result notifications to investors and senior management as needed
Conduct internet research to identify utilities and HOAs, make corresponding payments, and transfer accounts
Perform photocopying, filing, and mail distribution for the department
Update internal systems with accurate account status information
Create summaries, spreadsheets, and reports upon request
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of administrative experience in the consumer mortgage industry or a back-office financial services environment, preferably in mortgage defaults
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry
Experience using internet research to gather information
Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
Preferred
Experience with certified mail
