Responsibilities
Partner with ES leadership to facilitate strategic planning, ensuring alignment and documentation of goals, KPIs/OKRs, and initiatives across all functions
Develop and operationalize a comprehensive KPI/OKR framework to measure and drive progress toward operational and strategic objectives
Synthesize stakeholder input into structured documents, presentations, and reports
In partnership with Security Technology, support design, build, and stabilization of automated dashboards and regular reports that provide insights across ES pillars
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to inform executive decision-making and planning
Document and refine reporting processes and standards, incorporating feedback to support continuous improvement and future handoff
Partner with ES leadership and Finance to support core business operations, including budgeting, financial tracking, and operational reporting (e.g., spend vs. budget, vendor costs, project financials)
Coordinate and help prepare business reviews (e.g., quarterly, mid-year, annual), ensuring consistent visibility into performance, resource allocation, and progress against goals
Support end-to-end vendor management activities, including:
Drafting and/or coordinating RFPs and renewals
Assisting with contract documentation and tracking
Supporting vendor scorecards, performance reviews, and related reporting
Coordinating purchase requests, purchase orders, and tracking against budget and SLAs
Analyze and document current ES business processes, governance flows, and decision rights, identifying opportunities to standardize, streamline, and clarify roles and responsibilities
Support the development and documentation of an ES governance playbook
Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and onboarding guides to enable ES teams to effectively use new tools, dashboards, and playbooks after the assignment concludes
Provide operational, analytical, or project management support for priority ES initiatives (e.g., crisis management, threat management, incident metrics reporting, risk assessment)
Support time-bound projects assigned by the Senior Leader of Enterprise Security Programs, with a focus on establishing repeatable processes, documentation, and tools that can be owned by permanent staff going forward
A documented, stakeholder-approved KPI/OKR framework and measurement strategy aligned with Enterprise Security objectives (e.g., incident reduction, vendor performance, readiness metrics, compliance)
Clear guidance on data sources, owners, refresh cadences, and reporting formats
Updated and standardized documentation and templates for ES goal-setting, progress tracking, and performance measurement
Supporting materials for upcoming ES annual goals, including drafting or refreshing trackers, dashboards, and status-update templates
In partnership with Technology and data owners, design, build, and launch at least one live executive dashboard that provides consolidated operational, financial, and strategic insights for ES leadership
Document, socialize, and execute a regular reporting cadence (e.g., monthly/quarterly) with clear roles, timelines, and content expectations
Provide handoff documentation and training so permanent staff can maintain and evolve the dashboards
A reusable “business review toolkit” including standardized templates, slide decks, and data inputs for quarterly, mid-year, and annual reviews
Execution of quarterly, mid-year, and annual business reviews, including agenda development, content consolidation, and post-review action-tracking
Finalize and deliver a comprehensive V2 vendor management playbook that outlines processes, performance and SLA tracking, scorecards and review cadence, roles and responsibilities, and key controls and reporting standards, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Operations and broader enterprise vendor management standards
Deliver regular reporting and an enablement toolkit, including:
Standard reports like the weekly executive briefing or quarterly/mid-year/annual reports
Templates and sample views (e.g., incident metrics, risk posture, vendor performance, budget)
Training and onboarding materials (Programs playbook, guides, quick-reference sheets, etc.)
Qualification
Required
6+ years in business operations, program management, strategic planning or performance measurement
Familiarity with security operations, emergency/crisis management, risk management fields
Proven ability to design and manage KPI/OKR frameworks and deliver automated reporting solutions
Experience facilitating strategy development, operational planning, and XFN alignment
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, vendor management, and business reviews
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data governance, process optimization, and documentation practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
Preferred
Change management or enablement experience a plus
Experience with data visualization tools, technology, and automation a plus
