Responsibilities

Client and Partner Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact, building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys. Call referral partners, new and existing, to set up appointments and discuss working together
Administrative & Operational Support: Answer phone calls and text messages, addressing inquiries from clients and real estate agents. Maintain team calendars and assist with general office duties
Marketing & Communication: Create and distribute daily emails for new listings and open house flyers to agents. Support lead generation efforts by collaborating with the marketing department on materials and flyers. Manage and distribute monthly office newsletters
Data & System Management: Perform data entry and maintain accurate client contact information. Utilize Encompass for data entry and to support the loan process. Pull and create marketing reports as needed

Required

1+ years of experience in sales within the mortgage and/or real estate industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Google Docs, Canva, and Excel
Familiarity and comfort with social media platforms
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to plan events for the team, new and existing referral partners
A strong commitment to customer service and a proactive, positive attitude
Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a relatively complex and regulated underwriting process
