Construction
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end bathroom remodels including showers, baths, sinks, toilets, flooring, and cabinetry
Clean demo and debris haul-away. We keep our jobsites spotless
Perform light plumbing, drywall work, and advanced carpentry (such as subfloor replacement, trim work)
Check in with the Production Manager daily, manage provided materials, and lead a helper when assigned
Perform final walk-throughs with homeowners to ensure 100% satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in all aspects of bathroom remodeling
Extreme attention to detail and a professional, 'customer-first' attitude
Must be able to lift heavy objects and maintain high energy throughout the project
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred
Preferred familiarity with acrylic product installations
