Responsibilities

Lead inspection and testing of production parts and services

Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards (AS9100D)

Prepare and manage inspection documentation for conformance and shipment

Organize inspection workflows to meet delivery deadlines

Train and guide inspection personnel on tools, gauges, and methodologies

Track and validate inspection checkpoints throughout production

Contain and evaluate non-conforming products; lead customer reviews for deviations

Support root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions

Develop and execute annual continuous improvement goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or quality management

5+ years of manufacturing quality experience with leadership responsibilities

Familiarity with AS9100D and ISO 9001 standards

Proficiency in inspection tools, statistical analysis, and quality software

Detail-oriented mindset with a drive for process optimization

Preferred

Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lead Auditor
