They are seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support M&A initiatives by integrating performance metrics and building executive-ready dashboards while effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Analyze key performance metrics across multiple organizations involved in M&A initiatives
Identify data gaps, integration needs, and recommend actionable adjustments
Merge, transform, and validate data from multiple sources using SQL (Redshift) to create unified datasets
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards with intuitive, executive-friendly interfaces
Build visualizations that effectively tell data stories and highlight risks, trends, and opportunities
Ensure dashboards support both operational and executive-level decision-making
Prepare and deliver 3–4 executive presentations per month, clearly communicating insights and recommendations
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior leadership and business stakeholders
Partner with internal teams including IT, Sales, and Customer Experience to gather and validate data requirements
Act as a subject matter expert for data integration and visualization best practices within M&A projects
Support collaboration with external stakeholders as integration initiatives expand
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Redshift or equivalent) for data merging and transformation
Advanced proficiency with Tableau, including building complex, application-like dashboards
Proven experience integrating data from multiple sources into cohesive reporting solutions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business needs into actionable data requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive audiences
Preferred
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry
Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or enterprise-scale integration initiatives
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Sales, and Customer Experience teams
Background in fast-paced, data-driven enterprise environments
