Responsibilities
Support rapid diagnostics across processes, functions, and value streams. Analyze data related to cost, volume, cycle time, demand, rework, and capacity
Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers of inefficiency and complexity. Support opportunity sizing and prioritization
Document current-state processes using standard process mapping techniques. Identify handoffs, pain points, redundancies, and control gaps
Support development of future-state process designs under senior guidance. Maintain process documentation and artifacts
Create basic analyses, summaries, and visuals to support recommendations. Help translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly insights
Support re-engineering initiatives through execution and implementation phases. Track actions, milestones, and risks related to process changes
Participate in working sessions, workshops, and on-site diagnostics as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or program management related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, presentations, and BI Tools
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to process mapping or improvement work
Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement concepts
Preferred
Experience in Finance, Operations, or Corporate Functions
