Advising public companies or investment banks on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters
Representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings

Qualification

Required

Over three (3+) years of experience advising public companies or investment banks
Experience advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters
Experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam

Preferred

Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies
