Responsibilities
Research and track TikTok & Instagram trends (audio, formats, edits)
Film short-form video content using our team as talent
Edit clips using editing apps and AI tools
Use AI creatively (scripts, captions, ideas, repurposing clips)
Collaborate with the team on ideas that feel authentic and fun
Organize, label, and deliver content ready for posting
Assist with creating simple, on-brand marketing templates in Canva for social media, email, and flyers
Design repeatable social media templates (Reels covers, posts, stories, carousels) that align with current trends
A big plus if you can: Build email marketing templates for listings, announcements, and team updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (Required)
Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Long Beach, CA 90803 (Required)
Active Instagram & TikTok accounts
Examples of content you've created
Comfort using tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere, canva or similar
Experience in content creation specifically for social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)
