Responsibilities
Lead as the primary contact for your assigned clients, delivering proactive support, guiding renewal and coverage conversations, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners
Conduct thorough policy reviews, interpret coverage details, and provide clear recommendations while identifying opportunities to enhance or round out client protection
Manage the full marketing and renewal process by assembling submissions, remarketing accounts when needed, analyzing carrier quotes, and binding coverage with precision and accuracy
Oversee daily account administration by handling endorsements, invoicing, certificates, and ID cards while maintaining timely premium collection and ensuring all policy information is accurately documented
Maintain compliance with agency guidelines, engage with carrier partners when necessary, and proactively recognize and report situations that may increase E&O exposure
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of personal lines insurance
Possess and maintain a Colorado Property & Casualty Producer License
Requires current Colorado driver's license and acceptable MVR
Able to clearly and professionally support and guide clients
Basic understanding of personal lines coverage and policy options
Accurate with documents, data, and follow-through
Handles issues calmly and adapts quickly
