Responsibilities
You will develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, Postgres, and various other tools/libraries
You will balance the trade-offs between complex infrastructure investments and quick, pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs
You will collaborate with other engineering and non-technical stakeholders to define, design, and lead the development of significant multi-person projects
You will mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and advocating for best practices
You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software development experience specifically in React and Java
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
