Responsibilities
Translate business needs and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Design layouts, UI components, and visual assets aligned with established brand guidelines
Build and maintain reusable UI components for consistency across web experiences
Write and contribute front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Partner with research and product teams to support usability testing and iteration
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Figma for web layout, prototyping, and design systems
Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular are a plus)
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance best practices
Strong visual design skills demonstrated through a portfolio (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
User-centered mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Clear communicator comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience designing consumer, corporate, or enterprise websites
Exposure to CMS platforms (Drupal or similar); PHP a plus
Background in branding, marketing, or content-driven platforms
Experience working closely with development teams or contributing to production code
