Responsibilities
Scrum Master role: Certified Scrum Master with strong Agile experience, especially using Jira
Enterprise Change expertise: Deep familiarity with banking Enterprise Change tools, governance, and delivery processes
Project leadership: Ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional, customer-facing projects(implementations, migrations, upgrades, conversions, recoveries)
Matrix management: Coordinate resources across multiple lines of business, balancing competing priorities
Budget & funding management: Work closely with accounting and leadership to ensure projects stay on budget or secure additional funding when needed
Executive communication: Present succinct updates, issues, and solutions to senior executives weekly — crisp, candid, and solution-oriented
Risk & issue management: Identify potential problems early, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track
Soft skills emphasis: Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building with CTO Group, GIS, and business leaders. Ability to take constructive criticism without being derailed
Adaptability: Handle shifting priorities, concurrent projects, and high-pressure environments with strong time management
Qualification
Required
Scrum Master Certification
7+ years of enterprise project management experience (preferably Fortune 50 scale)
Strong Agile/Waterfall methodology experience
Financial services background (non-negotiable)
Prior Delivery Lead experience (huge plus, possibly mandatory)
Knowledge of core banking processes and operations
Excellent communication (oral, written, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, quick learner, able to take ownership immediately
Preferred
