Responsibilities
Manage a Team of CSMs in the Higher Ed territory for Transact Payments clients
Sales goals for Renewal, Net Revenue, and SW values
Work with CSM leadership to align team processes and tasks
Work with Sales leaders for alignments within territories
Work with internal departments on escalations and collaboration to streamline processes, adjust fee structures and ensure the “client experience” is considered
Train and on-board new CSM team members
Travel as needed to HE events, company planned events and individual client sites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of the HE market and payments industry
Able to manage a book of business with a team of 4 and 700+ accounts at any given time
Must possess good oral and written communication skills
Travel: estimated 10-25%
2+ years' experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in Higher Ed
