Responsibilities
Must understand messaging and routing rules – how to create, modify, plus identify and access management
Perform operations and administrative function on the Northrop Grumman I-Gate system (FAMS-C, FAMS-TS)
Perform Operations and administrative functions on the Neptune, TUMBA, and Matilda systems
Perform operations function on the ClearSwift Secure Email Gateway (SEG)
Create and modify Mailroom profiles based on user requirements
Assist with NTM Operations and Administration
Interface with ISSO to ensure security concerns are monitored and resolved
Perform System and database backups
Create/modify/remove user accounts and unit folders
Process and resolve message issues
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Assist users with request
Resolve trouble tickets
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain a Poly within 5 months
Manage DNS, DHCP, E& MC Replication
Database Administration
Microsoft Cluster Administration
Active Directory Backup and Restore
File Server Backup and Restore
Exchange Backup and Restore
Event Logs
Manage Storage
Manage Disk Space
High school or equivalent
At least three (3) years' experience with Organizational Messaging Systems
At least three (3) years' experience with Windows OS/Server, SQL Database, Active Directory
Active Top Secret Clearance
CI Poly Provided
Preferred
Desired experience with operations support of Secure Organizational Messaging Systems such as IGATE, AMHS (automated message handling system) or DA (Decision Agent old IGATE)
