Information Technology Project Manager
Sage Search Partners is seeking an IT Project Manager for a wholesale/retail client based in Arlington, TX. This role owns end-to-end delivery of key IT initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion on time and on budget.

Responsibilities
Drive multiple IT projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget
Build and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestone plans, and resource allocations to support execution
Partner with business and IT leaders to translate needs into clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
Coordinate cross-functional contributors and third-party vendors to keep workstreams moving and remove blockers
Provide consistent visibility through status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications using PM tools
Proactively surface, assess, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and issues to protect delivery outcomes
Lead project ceremonies and governance (kickoffs, working sessions, steering updates, and post-launch reviews)
Promote adherence to internal standards and practical best practices across planning, delivery, and documentation
Support broader IT initiatives that improve operations and create measurable business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field
7+ years of hands-on ownership of complex IT projects through the full project lifecycle
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating external vendors/partners
Working proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Trello, and comfort operating in hybrid delivery approaches
Track record of delivering IT initiatives on schedule while maintaining budget and scope control
Strong planning, budgeting, and resource management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Solid understanding of core IT environments, including SDLC concepts and infrastructure considerations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability, plus vendor negotiation and management skills
