Responsibilities
Support the design, testing, and validation of aftermarket enhancement kits that improve machine functionality and reliability
Collaborate with a team leader on system design, validation activities, and component-level testing
Develop and execute electrical and mechanical test plans to validate system performance and reliability
Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, systems engineering, quality, and product support—to clarify requirements and system specifications
Work with external suppliers on part specifications and cost considerations
Assist with part number release activities in coordination with check and release teams
Review project requests and contribute to estimating timelines and scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
0–2 years of experience (internships and co?ops welcome)
Basic understanding of: Mechanical or electrical systems, Hardware and software development principles, System interactions and boundary diagrams
Strong communication, problem?solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred
Exposure to software development or code reading/writing
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience working with customers or suppliers
