Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and Project Manager to manage the technical facets of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and technical requirements
Act as a vital link between development, operations, product support teams, and project management, including our government customer
Facilitate cross-functional communication to develop and design project plans, and address technical issues, blockers, and impediments
Monitor schedule performance using agile best practices throughout the software release lifecycle
Qualification
Required
14 total years experience supporting DoD missions, National intelligence capabilities, and operations at the national and tactical levels
4 years experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing hardware and/or software projects across integrated teams of engineers, analysts, and project management personnel
10 years of project management experience involving managing customer requirements, relationships, technical leadership, and risks
BS degree in a national security-related field
Top Secret Clearance
Preferred
Experience Agile SaFE
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
Active SCI eligibility
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
