Responsibilities
Market Development
Maintain the dealer network in the assigned area via a continuous, rolling schedule of Dealer visitation, training, sales assistance, and relationship building. Strive for continuous positive development of the Dealer corps through value-added performance appraisals and reviews
Quote preparation
Customer Specification Review
Customer Demonstration Planning / Logistics
Continuous acquisition and cataloguing of competitive data; coordination of said intelligence with HVC Sales team and Senior Management
Facilitate demonstrations to customers; at times may be accompanied by HVC/Dealer sales personnel. Capable of working effectively in an unsupervised sales environment
Provide unit training to customers as needed
Prepare product for demonstration – clean inside and out, complete with necessary tools
Assist with arrangement, setup, and execution of Trade Shows
Significant travel required
Ensure travel expenditures are within corporate guidelines
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree in Business or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must poses a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred
C.D.L. and required documentation and maintain CDL Capability is strongly desired
