Responsibilities
Plan, develop, organize, and direct facility programs and activities to ensure quality resident care
Oversee all operations of the skilled nursing facility, including nursing, dining, social services, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Review policies and procedures regularly, implementing updates to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness
Lead, develop, and mentor department directors to build a high-performing, compassionate team
Oversee facility participation in surveys and inspections, prepare plans of correction, and ensure timely compliance
Prepare annual operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources efficiently
Uphold resident rights, privacy, and dignity in all aspects of care and service delivery
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Active Kentucky Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care leadership
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, state regulations, and survey processes
Proficiency with PointClickCare and related healthcare systems
Demonstrated ability to manage financials, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement
