Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals
Partner with HR team members and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview guides and other supporting documentation
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, career fairs, community partnerships, etc.)
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring team feedback, and facilitating offers for roles of varying job levels
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process
Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to maintain equitable, compliant, and consistent hiring practices
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately and timely
Assist with employer branding initiatives, including Glassdoor engagement, career site content, and participation in recruiting events
Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of recruitment experience. Corporate experience is highly preferred
Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job levels
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship building, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills are required
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds periodically
Ability to travel locally to various hiring events and/or partner engagements
Ability to travel occasionally to other site locations (ex. NJ) to support recruitment initiatives
Preferred
SHRM or PHR certification is a plus!
Understanding of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and USP guidelines is a plus!
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools such as ADP is preferred
