Developing new middle market business through consultative sales efforts
Managing a high level and emerging loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service
Analyzing financial information to evaluate the credit worthiness of loan requests
Compiling loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided
Working with Bank’s product teams to cross-sell products and services of the Bank
Assuring that all loans are following State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of the assigned position
Responsibility for developing new middle market business through consultative sales efforts
Management of a high level and emerging loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service
Analysis of financial information to evaluate the credit worthiness of loan requests
Compilation of loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided
Collaboration with Bank's product teams to cross-sell products and services of the Bank
Assurance that all loans are following State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures
Efficacy in calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and ability to build successful relationships
