Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept through construction documentation
Prepare design presentations, including renderings, diagrams, and drawings, to effectively communicate project ideas
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met
Conduct site visits, document field conditions, and coordinate with contractors during construction
Research materials, building codes, and other design requirements to inform project development
Support the team in producing and reviewing submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of project experience in an architectural practice preferred, recent graduate acceptable
Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture preferred
Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft office
Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and comprehension of all phases of project design from pre-design through construction administration
Highly collaborative by nature, with the willingness to approach every project with creativity
An innate desire to produce meaningful work with strong design skills
A detail and task-oriented work style with a passion for excellence
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
Additional software skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, and Autodesk Certified are a plus
