They are seeking an IT Data Analyst Intern to support dashboard development and data validation while providing real-world applications of academic studies to help interns transition from school to work.

Responsibilities
Your intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16-18 weeks and will include an assigned project and opportunities to present your work
You will also collaborate on other exciting projects and work with talented peers and inspirational leaders, many of whom began as interns and co-ops themselves
You will be provided a robust developmental experience through an immersive onboarding and offboarding experience, assigned a mentor, networking opportunities, organized events, activities, and community service /volunteer initiatives
You will have the opportunity to impact the future of the organization, all the while being exposed to a world-class program community
Finally, our rising senior interns and co-ops are considered for full-time employment opportunities
Assist with building and enhancing Tableau dashboards (Dev/Test environments)
Support data validation, quality checks, and basic troubleshooting
Help document requirements, calculations, and dashboard definitions
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews)
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data exploration with guidance
Follow BI team standards, processes, and folder structures
Collaborate with analysts and engineers to understand business use cases
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in college (Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)
Coursework or exposure to data analysis or reporting concepts
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Clear communicator; organized and dependable
Exposure to Tableau or another BI visualization tool
Basic SQL knowledge or interest in learning SQL
Familiarity with databases or cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake) a plus
Reliable transportation to and from work
