Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end administrative functions: configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and environment governance
Design and implement complex Flows, Lightning components, record/page layouts, permission structures, and sharing models
Build, maintain, and optimize OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
Manage Git‐based version control (branching strategies, PR reviews, commit hygiene)
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, well‐architected solutions
Support release cycles across Net Zero Cloud and Nonprofit Cloud, owning configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment coordination
Proactively identify system improvements, technical debt remediation, usability enhancements, and process automation opportunities
Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of hands-on administration experience
Expertise in declarative automation (Flows, Workflow/Process Builder retirement strategy, page layouts, Lightning App Builder)
Strong OmniStudio experience (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
Solid understanding of Git workflows for version control and collaboration
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — able to explain complex topics to both technical and non‐technical audiences
Highly proactive, autonomous, and accountable — reliably drives work forward without detailed direction
Demonstrated learning agility — quickly absorbs new concepts, clouds, and patterns with minimal onboarding
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to anticipate risks or blockers early
Preferred
Administrator (ADM‐201) certification
Platform App Builder, OmniStudio Consultant, or other specialty certs
Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado) is a plus
Background supporting multi-cloud environments
