3+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
Experience in taking and/or defending depositions, discovery, drafting and/or arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
Trial experience a plus but not required
Ability to run cases from intake to completion
Exceptional oral & written communication skills required
Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
Ability to work as a team player in a collegial office environment
Licensed in TN in good standing
