Benefits Administrator
Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a 6-month contract with a national banking client in Newark, NJ. The role involves supporting vendor management for benefits programs, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and assisting with communications and analytics.

Responsibilities
Supports vendor management responsibilities for System-wide benefits programs and may include direct accountability for a generally lower impact/low complexity program
Research and respond to inquiries from vendors, stakeholders, plan participants and Federal Reserve System partners like Payroll
Prepares reporting and works with Office of Employee Benefits team members to prepare analytics for the team to assess program engagement
Outlines key points of routine benefits communications for dedicated communications team
Ad hoc projects and tasks
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
4+ years of relevant experience
Broad experience in benefit plans' administration, operations (payroll and/or recordkeeping) and data analysis
Understanding of governmental plans and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) provisions governing qualified and non-qualified benefits plans
Ability to manage third party vendors and build productive business relationships
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects
