The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and have a strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
Analyze financial statements and reports for discrepancies and provide solutions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor payments and client invoicing
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Develop and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Effective written and verbal communication skills
