Support partners through all phases of civil litigation
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
Manage and participate in discovery
Appear and assist in hearings and trials
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Interpret and comply with local court rules and procedures
Handle e-filing and case documentation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Tennessee Bar (required)
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Word
Preferred
Clerkship experience is a plus
