Responsibilities
Part-Time AI Coach & Trainer supporting enterprise AI adoption
Conduct AI skills & readiness assessments at individual, role, and team levels
Evaluate workflows, tools, and overall AI maturity
Identify skill gaps, adoption risks, and growth opportunities
Establish baseline capability metrics to track progress
Design or advise on custom AI curricula by role and maturity
Align curriculum with business priorities, industry context, and governance standards
Recommend learning formats ( workshops, labs, coaching, self-paced )
Progress learning from foundational AI to applied, role-specific use cases
Create role-based learning roadmaps and phased learning paths
Align learning plans with departmental goals and change readiness
Deliver hands-on training and coaching to departments
Support AI pilots and early adoption initiatives
Embed AI into daily workflows and decision-making
Translate AI adoption into measurable productivity and impact gains
Act as a trusted coach during organizational change
Coordinate with AI Advisor & other AI coaches for consistency
Document insights and lessons learned to improve enablement
Qualification
Required
Experience in AI training, coaching, technology enablement, or digital transformation
