Responsibilities
Assist sales team in all sales activities
Process customer purchase orders and credit claims
Arrange routing and ensure order ship out on schedule
Work with Accounting/Warehouse to keep account current
Maintain google sheet for order/credit note status on daily basis
Qualification
Required
2-year US college degree and above
1 year+ sales assistant related experience
Knowledge of routing/shipping terms
Preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Proficiency in numerical analysis and advanced spreadsheet functions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities
Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply new concepts rapidly
