Responsibilities
B2B VD CARE Team – Service Planning and Administrative Support Specialist
Project support including but not limited to documenting and generating reports, creating PPTs, and meeting recaps
Cross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfaction
Reporting preparation (supporting role) for senior leadership and Global HQ office in Korea
Developing and improving B2B service processes along with B2B customers’ expectations
Strategic thinking and collaborative preparation for team’s targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management
Bilingual in English and Korean (Reading and Writing proficiency required)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated project and program management skills
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute projects and/or events
Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and self-driven fast-learning mindset are highly required
