Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling, and reminders
Errands (dry cleaning, returns, grocery shopping, pharmacy, etc.)
Keep household stocked with essentials (toiletries, paper goods, medications)
Research, plan and book travel
Appointments, reservations, and exercise classes
Conduct research (restaurants, major purchases, service providers)
Home organization: closets, paper files, kitchen cabinets and drawers
Scan, organize, and digitize documents
Pay household service providers (housecleaner, dog sitters, etc.)
Miscellaneous administrative tasks (account updates, car registration processes, electronics disposal, etc.)
Document household workflows and instructions to create systems and continuity

Required

BA/BS from competitive US college
3 years' Personal Assistant experience or similar
Familiarity with HNW individuals and environments
Excellent writing
Tech-fluent with digital organization and standard software platforms
Superior organization skills
Project management capability paired with proactive approach
Demonstrated capacity for research / sourcing
Warm, personable, and relationship-oriented
Must genuinely like dogs (they have a 10-lb long-haired Dachshund)
