Responsibilities
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, are fully reconciled on a monthly basis
Analyze gross margin and other key P&L accounts monthly
Review monthly financial statements and report/analyze any significant discrepancies
Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and bank semi-annual collateral examinations
Coordinate with the CFO on the annual budgeting process
Work with the IT department to automate manual accounting processes (e.g., bank reconciliations, payroll entries)
Lead and execute other finance-related projects assigned by the CFO
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5–10 years of experience in the private sector as an Accountant and/or Controller
Must be able to be on-site 4 days a week
Preferred
CPA license preferred but not required
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required
