Responsibilities
Complete assigned audit test steps timely and expertly with mentorship and support from the Auditor-in-Charge (AIC)/senior auditors in support of the annual audit plan and/or audit priorities
Performs basic audit documentation techniques, accountable for own work paper documentation within quality standards, timely and accurately
Develops an understanding on how to capture and analyze data to perform tasks assigned by AIC
Attends and participates in team audit activities such as planning and prioritizing, business understanding/walkthroughs, review of risk assessment and testing for assigned areas of responsibility and demonstrates critical thinking ability and begins early-stage development of expertise (i.e., technology, CoSA, business line products, broadening business acumen)
Assists in updating the engagement level risk & control matrix with mentorship and support from AIC
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, and plan to graduate after the final day of the internship
Graduation date must be May/June 2027
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology
0 to 2 years of audit, financial, insurance, banking, information technology or related business experience
Foundational and conceptual knowledge of the function/subject area and validated application of knowledge, skills and abilities towards work products required
Foundational level of business sense in the areas of the business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
Preferred
Pursuing a degree with a concentration in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity
Knowledge of information security/technology
