Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Support data migration, transformation, and quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform
Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects in a timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimization
Qualification
Required
11-15 years of IT engineering experience with strong Salesforce development background
Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and middleware platforms
Experience with data migration and ETL processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
